Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the TimeKey mobile application and related services. TimeKey is operated by 303 Bobcat Holdings, LLC ("TimeKey," "we," "our," or "us"). By using TimeKey, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the application in your jurisdiction. Parents are responsible for configuring and supervising use of TimeKey within their family.
Description of Service
TimeKey provides tools that help families manage access to selected applications through earned time, tasks, parental controls, and related features. Features may change over time as the service evolves.
Family Responsibility
Parents remain solely responsible for device ownership and supervision, family settings and permissions, task creation and approval decisions, and monitoring their child's use of devices and applications. TimeKey assists with app access management but does not replace parental supervision.
Apple Technologies
TimeKey relies on Apple-provided technologies including Family Controls, Managed Settings, Device Activity, and Screen Time functionality. Availability and behavior of these technologies may vary based on iOS versions, device compatibility, Apple platform limitations, and system settings controlled by the user.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service unlawfully, attempt to interfere with service operation, circumvent security measures, reverse engineer the application except where permitted by law, or use the service in a manner that harms others.
Intellectual Property
TimeKey, its software, branding, content, and related materials are owned by 303 Bobcat Holdings, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TimeKey is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimeKey and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated or if required for operational, security, or legal reasons.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted at timekeyapp.com/terms. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
